Need Help periodizing!

Hello I’m in the third week of increasing the volume of my speed-work so I guess I’m in the accumulation phase. Also this third week I’ve added plyometrics. I did not have plyometrics in the first two weeks and I don’t have access to weights. So if this first three weeks are accumulation, I’m going to enter a 3-1-3 phase. During this 3-1-3 phase considering I don’t have access to weights for the first 4 weeks of the 3-1-3 phase, how should I periodize during the 3-1-3 phase?

Also I take a certain amount of days off after the accumulation phase, before I go into the 3-1-3 phase?

For the last three weeks of the 3-1-3 cycle I will have access to weights when I go back to college and these last three weeks I’ll do a maximum strength phase, but what about the first 4 weeks of the cycle considering I don’t have access to weights?
