Need help organizing workouts. FAST

I dont know when or what i should really be doing as far as sprint/track workouts goes because my football coach already requires us to do his stuff. heres what i HAVE to do:

Monday - weight room at beginning of lunch
Cleans
Squats
(thats all i want to do to maybe get the most out of it)

tuesday - field
practice plays at beginnig of luch for an hour

Wednesday - weight room
Clean & jerk
snatch
deadlift
(i dont know if i should be doing any of these because its the day before our meets.)

thursday - duel meet
4x100m
100m
LJ
200m

Friday - weight room
same as monday

Saturday
i can train and do whatever

Sunday
i can train on this day also

what i would like ot know now is when should i be training. and what kind of work on what days. i really need help guys please. thanks

i was thinking maybe:

saturday - speed endurence (150’s, 120’s 100’s ect.)
sunday - tempo (200 repeats)
monday - short speed work (40’s, 60’s ect.)
tuesday - tempo (400’s, 300’s 200’s ect.)
wednesday - starts (10-15y’s)
thursday - meet
friday - light tempo (150m repeats)

how does this sound?
