Hello, the content of my summer program is represented by 2 speed trainings, 3 weight trainings, and 1 football’s drills training. If I can, I would like to put in 1 or 2 pool training to relax the body(in the same way of tempo). Now here comes the hitch, I work during the summer in a weird way, I mean 4 days the night(12 hours, 8p.m. - 8a.m.), 4 days off, and 4 days the day(12 hours, 8a.m. - 8p.m.). Therefore, what kind of planning can I do to reach the maximum of my capacity? In other words, what will be the best way to organized my summer planning?
