Ya I’m running the 400m next year and I want a program to help me get stronger in this event any help would be appreaciated
I’ll give you the same advice I give to all new members. Read around and find a coach whose advice makes sense to you. Then bug the hell out of him or her until they agree to write your program for you. It’s a very difficult process so be patient. Programs written for people when you don’t have direct contact with them can be difficult. It’s hard to know what you’re really capable of.

You should check around the forum. Then design what you think is the appropriate workout and let others critique it. No one is going to just write a program for you. A good place to start are some of the members journals. Ex. “joesdad”. His son is a 400m runner and is headed in the right direction.
