Im doing some high intensity training and I really need some suggestions.
I’m taking a high quality multi vitamin.
I take an all natural energy drink and protein shake with low protein. I don’t take creatine, glutamine, and marketed protein products anymore cuz i’m tiired of that synthetic shit that doesnt work.
I’m thinking of doing hot and cold cycles in my shower like 2 or 3 cycles. Also wut else wuld help my recovery?
