need a bit of help please give me good info..

ok today i had a really good workout (yes including Squats!) but like 2-3 of the reps i did in my 5 sets in all i kinda just A BIT, bent forward a little on the squat, VERY little, and lost my balance a bit but regained and still went up controlling it, you guys get what im sayin? anyone ever had that? u think its ok?

I think the best course of action might be to reverse the rotation of the Earth at a fast enough speed to travel back in time. If you can achieve this you may be able to concentrate harder on that set and further minimize the risk.
