im gonna make a journal about what im doing each day in the weight room or basketball court and hope for some feedback from you guys.
well today i was going to go warm up stretch do some basketball drills and workout…i didnt get to the basketball drills cuz of time, there was no time remaining for my gym. so ill post what i did for warm up and what i did today for weight lifting either today or tomorrow…k
