not bad. not bad at all. now the hard part - doing it.
dont be afraid to adjust the course when neccesary.

on a side note- why the jump sole stuff? save your money

I’d stretch post-workout. Use a dynamic warm-up pre-workout.

but my nba power conditioning book says to stretch static first then do dynamic stretches right after that are sport specific…

also can i do tempo running on a treadmill? is that ok?

so does everything look good? is it ok to do basketball drills even on my offdays (should wednesday really be considered an off day since tuesday already was?)

for weight training im doing defrancos westside for skinny bastards

oh and im getting the stretching routine, what to do for stretching and warm up and agility, sprinting and stuff off my NBA Power and Conditioning Book. i hope thats a good book …
