hey if i have bball practice 5 days a week and saturday i have bball practice again for another league, and all the daysi practice is high intense, so im looking to start a new program because of the scheduling. im gonna have no rest days really since i have bball practice 6 days a week…how should i design my program anyone have a format so wont overtrain with my stupid scheduling i have.
ps- i wanna work lower twice a week if possible and upper once
