my foot turns out when I run

So here is the deal, in my initial drive phase my feet are fine they come around nicely my feet are pointed straight ahead, but once i get up and runnign my feet tend to turn outwards any ideas as to why??? My knee drive is fine comes up nicely but then due to foot turn out my stride is shorter any ideas as to why my fopot is turnign out and what i can do to fix this issue???

glutes, get those medial rotators strong again and strecth your external rotators as well as your abductors

What type of exercises would you recomend fro acomplishing this?
