my current gym programme - comments?

hey

im currently have a slight pain from the inside of my foot to the inside of my calf, i think its just from over exertion, anyway, i saw that my power has dropped over the last month, so ive started this two week gym programme just to bring me back to speed (i`m currently in season)

i do this everyday (without a break in between machines)
30 reps x 25 weight on the Pectoral Fly Machine
30 reps x 25 weight on the incline pectoral fly
30 reps x 30 weight on the seated chest press machine
30 reps x 30 weight on the tricep pushdown machine
30 x situps
30reps x 30 weight knee extension

5 minute break

then same as above except 30x back instead of situps

before the session i drink two servings of L-Glutamine http://www.usn.co.za/glutamine.html

i use CytoPower for endurance during the session (i sip it during the session) http://www.usn.co.za/cytopower.html

and immediatly after gym i use HMB Creatine mixed with another serving of L-Glutamine http://www.usn.co.za/hmbcomplex.html

then a half an hour after gym i drink a USN Diet Fuel http://www.usn.co.za/dietfuel.html

I use Ultimate Health ZMA before i goto sleep, i eat alot of steamed chicken, sometimes lettuce & tomato, once a week spinach, i eat egg whites in the morning, i`m just resting a bit so that i can recover from the pain in my lower legs. i play rugby but i train with sprinters, anyone got some comments? tips?

thanks in advance

You are taking the piss?

David this is what one of the guys who part trains with us emailed me this morning, i just wanted to share with this forum the level of competency that alot of young kids have in south africa, if it wasnt so bad, it would actually be funny haha!:sing:

lebeau,

I’m not sure if you are serious, but I can hardly find anything right with this program.

First, don’t train with weights every day. Keep the reps to less than 6 per set. Ditch the machine work and do some squats and bench presses.

I’ll leave it there for now.

Ibeau,
So what you really gonna do?
