I was playing basketball last saturday for 6 hours at run n shoot, and played another 3 hours on sunday. and my right achilles tendon hurts. I can still stand on my toes, still run and jump. But it hurts. I taken the whole week to rest and it feels alot better. I want to start working out again but how should I start?
Slow, dont push it. you dont want to mess with the achilles tendon.
