well my mum shocked me today, and siad i have to travel up to scotland with her. Something has come up, and she must travel there. Out of my brother and sister, am the only guy with out a job so i have to go.

I don’t wnat to go and told her that. She sore at me, made me feel bad. Then my sister rang up from work, and gave me loads down the phone, my mum then picked up the other phone in the house. Combination of both, giving me all that. hostyle nature

3days i will be gone, am not looking forward to it.

Maybe there will be woman, that i just happen to ramdomly meet.

Am gonna try my hardest to get a job this week, when i get back from scotland, every minute, second of my energy is gonna do just that. Am gonna go down to the job agency speak to them, and tell them what i want. Plain and simple and job for my needs, soon as possible.

the bar work did’nt work out, my mums mate had already taken on people and did’nt need anyone esle.

Am worried about money for christmas, and training. I need to join the gym and do some serious strength training weights.

well i will be leaving soon for scotland, last night i did some circuit. Because i was very pissed off, i do not want to travel to scotland.

4x45 push ups there improving

2x30 rep lateral raise, this time with heavyier dumbells.

Then i had something to eat befor bed.

Lets hope that i will be back in a very short time, i need to get a job, and am not going to get one in scotland.

this week, it was almost like being in jail, up in the scotish highlands. Well i learnt shit about myself, and life, but i cannot be assed speaking about it. I have more important things like, a job to sort out and traing.

Well i was away, i have dramatically improve my circuits.

4x50 push ups, exsplosive with 1.30sec recovery between sets. I am now up to this, i will increase the reps tomorrow to 60, and do some jump sqauts. On thursday i will return to, training on teh track, well i hope so i have just got a emal off my coach about training but have’nt red it.

CRUSHING NEWS, CRUSHING NEWS.

i have just red a email from my coach, and after 15years at training down at my local staduim, they are not allowing us to train there no more.

Not allowing me, the most notorious amature athlete of alltime. There is nothing wrong with the track, its great for sprinter rock solid, and thats it. They think it is ahealth and safety issue. Because there is a boxing gym, on the other side of the track which is not in use, but its just a building.

But i have spikes, i have trainned in rain, wind, mild fog, ice, you name it. Nothing stops me o my group. Fuck i red the email late, i was meant to go down to the stadium yesterday to protest. The closest stadium to me now is quite afair bit away, but i could get there, but only once aweek on saturdays. Because juring the week, i would have to travel at night time.

Now, am not going to let this knock me, it is not the end. I will train, physically and mentally, am going to go to the AAA indoor trails, i will.

I will train in the gym on tuesday thursday, and saturday travel to the track. Am abit sad, because over the last year, i have bonded with my track, its where i grew up. Where i trained, played, messed about.

The stadium was going to get knocked down next september anyway, because a new multy million pound facilty is being built. But it cannot be taken down until the new place is up just a few humdred meters away.

My coach also told me, that we will now be training down at a baths, am not training down at a baths.

I have prepared myself for this, thats why i hang around here and learn, make sure i know how to train, relie on no one.

This is not the end, I WILL APPEAR, am a physicall beast, power, expslosiveness.

well am bout to do my circuits, yeah.

2set of 75push ups, exsplosive. And then 2sets of 50push ups, close grip, exsplosive.

I have 1min 30sec recovery between each set.

My legs are abit sore off the jump sqauts, so i will do them tommorow.

Yeah i did that workout, i won’t be training today. I don’t know weather to go to my clubs, chrismas party, or just go local and chill with my best friend.

I abit down over not having ajob, but am post a CV and cover letter to some, fitness instructing job. Today, and i need to speak to my friend over another job.

Yeah i think i can do this, i think i can run 6.89sec. But i have been off the track from 2weeks now, just doing my circuits.

But this must change, if am gonna achieve what i want. Every Saturday i will now travel to some other stadium on my own accord.

And is pure speed work, 40’s 60’s 100s.

I can only mange one track workout aweek, because of the traveling and times. This will be early in the morning.

I think my circuits, help my conditioning, and am taking full advantage of that. Push ups, plyometric, jump sqauts it ok.
