Microstretching Routine

In the microstetching guide is the 2 hours post work out stretching different for each person?

I think a large part depends on your schedule. I work out in the evenings and go to bed early, so I’m usually asleep less than two hours after the workout. Actually, sometimes I’m asleep during the workouts.
