Francis theory is pretty accurate from what I gathered today after
watching NASCAR racing drag style 2 days ago.
Two cars racing, the car that reached the highest VELOCITY won the race
that lasted up to 6 seconds. I saw 12 races and all races were won by the car that had the highest speed 200mph. This is what Francis preaches regarding MAX Velocity. The sprinter who reaches the highest VELOCITY
will win 98% of the time.
Any thoughts?
I also wanted to note this takes out the issue of speed

Boy…this season that 2% happened ALOT for me haha…but enough that only one person beat me up until states all year and it took the people at state level to beat me…and that one person all year who only beat me ended up bein the state champ…
