just a specific question about her training; the following is a quote from the forum from Charlie

I was just wondering if there is any more info on this! Why separate tempo phases and what training was done during the rest of the time? What were the recovery means running-wise between high intensity sessions? Were these used as part of an overall GPP, therefore, two phases?
Have you got any new info on this Charlie?
Or perpaps PJ, as he’s well into women’s 400m?
