Lowering 100m time?

Okay I am a freshman in college just finished up my season this weekend. I have been stuck at the time of 11.4 FAT in the 100m all season and i dont know why i havent progressed. I was wondering how possible it is to get my time down to 10.8 anything lower would be phenominal in a little over 6 1/2 months. Currently i have a clean diet, i weigh 150 pounds… and my workout has changed to a 12,10,8,6 Reps on squats,deads,bench etc… from a 5x5 phase. I was wondering if there are any certain things i could do in my offseason training to perform at my best next season.

Make sure to have a plan, and follow it. Honestly, just work your ass off and dedicate yourself 100% to getting better and following your training plan. Dont ever quit on your goals, and know that you can do anything you set your mind to.
