I’m a HS Senior, entering my second year of track and field.
Last year I mainly focused on high jump and ran on the 4x100 relay team. Our team ran a 41.8, then was disqualified at region, but that’s another story.
This year I’ll be focusing on the 200 and 400. I’m 6’2", 195, fairly strong for my size. I’m looking for advice on what my sprint workouts should look like in regards to those two events. Any other advice is appreciated. Nutrition and lifting advice is appreciated also, but I feel I have a good grasp on both of those areas due to football.
