Wondering what people’s experiances had been with certain plyometric exercises for long jumpers? Examples and results would be much appreciated.
Port, alot of the top jumpers i have trained with did depth jumps, one legged hops onto/off boxes, one legged bounds, long bounds and so on.variety seemed to be the deal.no specific plyro will greatly enhance the LJ,its the variety that will!
noone has any other suggestions that I could use?
