If anyone has any advice or training protocols please let me know!!!

I’d assume for the most part they are the same but what does everyone else have to say?
We pretty much use one session to set up the other. Tuesday, Lj’ers did 7-step runups followed by 1x3x20i+20o+20i+20o of maximal effort sprinting. Wednesday, Tj’ers did block starts followed by acceleration-to-hop:step phase.
Monday, we did explosive and reactive plyos (double and single leg) and stabilization jumps, followed by shadow relays at extensive tempo velocities. We concluded with lower body P&S and AIS work. The athletes were very responsive on Tuesday and Wednesday.
for the first part of my workout we work with the guys in my club that run 100’s and 200’s with focus on shorter, explosive runs, usually not exeeding 60-80m. for the second half, we will usually do 5-10 four step pop-ups and do approach work. We rarely do many full out jumps in most practice sessions b/c the impacts are so taxing on the body. We do similar plyos as the sprinters, with emphasis on depth jumps, single leg box jumps, single leg bounding, and multiple response calf pops. We also do alot of balance and stability exercises.
For our scholastic meet yesterday, we had our athletes do a standard high intensity/low volume warmup 90 minutes prior to competition. This activity also included our plyometric work, followed by a block clearance/acceleration patterning session.
I wasn’t particularly surprised to see several personal bests. Starting with the horizontal jumps, 100m, 200m and later 1-lap relay. All in negative 2.5+ wind and 50 deg. temps.
It will be interesting to see which athletes have the most difficulty today during our recovery sessions!
