Are different linear and conjugated periodization?Why?
Linear periodization works on a quality then disregards it (i.e. focus on conditioning, then acceleration, then max velocity, then speed endurance, then special endurance). Qualities are not worked at the same time, while in a conjugated periodization (correct me if I’m wrong), all qualities are worked on, only volume and intensity is changed.
