Most of my friends that are in college lift before they run like early in the morning then my friends at LSU lift after running. So lifting after is ok?
i lift after, i find i need all the energy i have to hit the track as hard as i do( i guess me weighing 235 doesnt help). I suppose it would depend on the situation and what you feel works best for you.
It depends what kind of run you’re doing. If you’re doing sprints at full speed then I’d lift after so that the sprinting quality is the greatest. If you’re doing a tempo run or aren’t going to be running at full speed then you could lift before.

M&W speed day so lift post-workout (lower body)
Tu&Th tempo day so lift pre=workout (upper body)
