Realdeal
I guess this whole thing really comes down to a few simple unresolved issues.

  1. Your claim of just “stating the facts” I can’t accept. To say that words, “facts”, are without contextual or judgemental connotations, especially when related to a specific individual for a social taboo, is in every instance empirically wrong. To me it is a thinly veiled attack on the subject of the “facts.” This is the type of counsel one gives when we want to guilt people in to acting a certain way.
    For instance:
    “Dude, should i cheat on my girlfriend?”
    “You could cheat on your girlfriend, but remember there are consequences.” Here, our would be philanderer knows by implication, by context, that his friend is really saying No, don’t be a dick, you will regret it.
    In the same vein, it is not an unwarranted assumption that from your post of 2-22 (I am sadly inept with technology, therefore the lack of qoutes, not from the lack of noticing them), that I see you really saying “Kra, don’t do it, you will regret it.” I’d also like to point out that Kra has on several occasions in her journal openly acknowledged the risks of this choice, and it is clear from her intelligence and class she would not have not considered it a priori performing. This would seem to render your “just the facts” argument redundant.
    So the problems I have with the original post are that it is a value statement, one which was not solicited, needed, or beneficial in any way.
    Which leads me to your repost of several days ago. When you reiterated it, you were in effect saying “I told you so, and you deserve it.”
    I really take issue with this. You may have thought what you were doing was sound advice, but it came off as snide and superior (at least the i told you so part). Again, I also question the neccesity of why you had to post it in the first place. As I pointed out, no one would willingly trade Kra for the social situation she finds herself in - one which having no control over she has no way of deserving it. Do people who work the late shift driving home deserve to be more likely hit by drunk drivers because they chose the late shift? Why someone would choose to rub it in her face like that is beyond me. Kra needs your support and your compassion and not your wit.
  2. Your insistance that I am on a fool’s errand. I might be in the larger sense of trying to maintain some decency and civility and protect a close friend on an internet chatroom of all places, but here’s why my (to use your words) panties are in a wad. It is not to make enemies. It is not because it even matters if Im the only one who’s making a fuss about it. It is not for any other reason than my friend is in need, and your comment certainly didn’t help her. As I explained above, it was a harsh and not prudent thing to say. If you, as you claim in a separate post on Kra’s journal that you “got nothing but love” for Kra, why would you say that at all?
    I chose not to PM you for the simple reason you couldn’t just PM me.
    This conversation should be over. We are at an impass where with out compromise on your part, namely an apology for impling that Kra is deserving of the blackballing she’s recieveing from her campus (which I contend is the result of other parties immature and reactionary puritan responses, not of Kra’s actions), there will be no progress; only more bickering. I will no longer dignify your responses (that call me among other things, an incoherent drunk) on my training journal unless it is training related.
    Furthering this on my training journal will result in my complaining to the moderators as being beyond the scope of appropriate discussion for this site.

I don’t think realdeal or anyone else is meaning any harm to krasnayafleur. I can see where Joe and Realdeal are coming from on this and I agree that it’s not going to be solved on an internet message board.

99% of us don’t know her, never will know her, and don’t know her full story and why she decided to go into pornography. But, I think the conerns from Realdeal and others were legitimate because, really, at least where I come from, and I’m sure most other places, going into pornography is not normal behavior, has a negative stigma that will follow you, and often has negative physical, psychological, and emotional consequences. We reap what we sow. But, according to her responses, Krasnayafleur knew this prior to signing up.

One thing to keep in mind, like one other person mentioned, is the fact that this is a public forum and, if, for whatever reason, an individual feels the need to broadcast that they’re acting in porn films, then they will be subject to public opinion and varied responses–good and/or bad. Naturally, some will be supportive, others will be curious, some will think she’s crazy, and some won’t care. Just from reading her journal, I think she knows all this and has handled it all pretty well, at least according to what we see from her replies.

Again, we don’t know the circumstances, we can only reply based on what we see here. That’s one negative of message boards; sometimes we can’t really get our point across as well as we could in a face to face conversation. Some message board misunderstandings wouldn’t happen if we were all hanging out together in person having this conversation. I don’t think anyone wants to kick her while she’s down, but in a public forum, not everyone’s gonna think participating in sexually deviant behavior is ok, therefore you’ve got to expect a mixture of responses. We can offer our advice and thoughts on the matter, but, ultimately, she will do what she needs to do and handle it like she thinks she should.

Anyway, that’s all I’ll say on this soap opera. I should probably just stay out of other people’s business, but I just don’t think any harm was intended by realdeal or anyone else. We all want to see each other succeed, be taken care of, and be headed down a productive path.

Thanks heatwave, hopefully an objective third party will get the point across… But then again maybe not… It’s been my experience that when someone has made up their mind and resolve themselves to a conclusion, right or wrong, they usually stick to that opinion…

took about 1/2 an hour…

  2. Animal movements – inchworm, scorpion, cobra, frog, and donkey. 1 set, 5 reps each, proceed directly into…
  3. Hip Mobility – anterior/posterior, lateral over, lateral under, lateral over-under, and lateral to lunge. 1 set, 5 reps each proceed directly into…
  4. Warm-up circuit Jumping Jacks, Tuck Jumps, Mountain Climbers and Bend and Reaches 2 circuits of 45 seconds each move, 15 seconds rest, 1 minute rest between circuits, rest 1 minute more, then into…
  5. Challenge Circuit – Bulgarians, Handstand, King Deads, T-Push-ups, and Plank. 2 circuits of 10 reps each, rest one minute between sets…
  6. Military Circuit – Back to belly, Scissor Jumps, banana boats, and arm-haulers. 2 sets continuous 10 reps each, walk out to pull-up bars.
  7. Sparta – as one giant set – 50 push-ups, 75 squats, 25 pull-ups, and 100 sit-ups as fast as you can and in as few sets as needed with perfect form! (I just did 5 sets of 10, 15,5,and 20 respectively)
  8. Flexibility – Static Stretching for no longer than 10 minutes
  9. Relaxation Breathing 10 sets of 10 breaths
    optimally, i’d throw half an hour of real cardio in between “sparta” and flexibility…but im lazy…
    optimally too I’d do this six mornings a week… if you start seeing “morning routine” in here, this is it!
