I don’t know if anyone has previously posted a link for this, but I just found Joseph Horrigan’s web site and there is a page containing several of his old sports medicine articles from Iron Man Magazine. They’re well worth the read. They were my main reason for reading Iron Man in the '90s.

Incidentally, Joe wrote an article about Charlie in the June '90 issue of Iron Man, which is how I first became aware of Charlie’s training methods.

Yes, Joe’s articles are great. I have hard copies of all of them.

Joe is a big fan of Charlie’s work and had an opportunity to work on Ben back in 1988.
