You answered your ow question.
If you are sore b4 EVERY meet, that is obviously a sign of overtraining, or you may have jumped at training without proper run-through and initiation.
If I were you, I would couple up your 6x200 run with your squats giving you a full day to rest and stretch out. By cramps do you mean muscle cramps? if so, you might want to slow down, miss a meet or so and just rest. At the age of 14, you enver know what your muscles will do if you happen to tear a ligament, tendon or wutnot.
When you get close to competition lower the intensity of your training. If you’re still training at maximum velocity your muscles will be sore and tired and you will not run your competitions 100%.
If your coaches are useless like mine then join the local track club and have a talk with your coaches. My coach says that because I train outside the school that I just need to show up and do the drills / stretches I want to without being forced.
