Combine upper body + lower body for the day after speed or put them all in one day, weights after speed.
fabio what sport do you do.i used to do split routines which worked great but they wouldn’t be great for sprinting although it can be done.if your a sprinter i’d suggest weight after speed thats if you have time on your hand
I do Track, summer, indoor, and high school. I always do weights after speed, i just thought you all would assume that
