Text:afro:Hello out there. I am now 37 turning 38. I got this crazy idea to start running again. I have not ran track since i was in my early 20’s. but anyway i am looking for some pure sprint training. I am going to run in the Pan Pacific games in August but i just recently started working on my running. so if there, is some good advice out there I am looking. I live in California so weather is not a issue. I hope i am putting my questions in the right forum if not forgive and guide me. Thankyou. :help::help:
