I’ve heard a lot of different things on EMS i was wondering if anyone can help me clear up my confusion on the topic…cuz i’ve heard that it’s really bad in the long run and i’ve heard that it’s ok.

  1. Buy the Charlie Francis Training Manual
  2. Search the threads for EMS and read all you can

Many here have used it and others are buying them and testing them so see what you can find …
