Intensity Order - Low to High or Opposite

Please, i need some advices
i would like to know whats the Intensity order for the 5 different workout days below; ( CNS and Physical stress )
a) Start Work ( EX:Tire, block starts, ramp, etc…)
b) Speed Work ( EX:Flys, 20->40, 30->60, downhill, etc…)
c) Tempo ( EX:2x100 + 2x200 + 1x300 + 1x400=1.300m )
d) Plyometrics ( EX:Jumps, box, etc…)
e) Weights ( EX: Squats, bench press, Power Cleans, Leg Curl, etc…)

and whats better program order to a cycle with races on saturdays
High Intensity ( on mondays ) to Low Intensity ( fridays )
or Opposite ( starting week with Low Intensity and goes to High Int. ) ?

Last week, rained every day, from Monday to Friday,
but today, the sun goes high, i´m having good feelings about the mail.

For me, this DVD will come right on time,
all my “begginer” doubts are related in disk.
