the back of my leg never seems to get better after i iced it for 4 days. its right in the middle between the hamstring and calf(back of my knee) it seem to hurt when my leg acclerates back down to the ground. I’m not sure what to do to cure this problem!!
It can be caused by any number of tight muscles which, in combination, keep the hips low causing foot strike too far ahead of BDC.
lately i’ve been stretching my leg and i can sprint on it now with minor discomfort. every once in a while there is a slight “pop” feeling when i move around after a workout.
