Increasing Speed, Vertical, and explosive power.

I have been asking around for a while with routines to increase my vertical, but now I think that I need to be faster, be able to jump higher, and have explosive power.

How much cardio a day and at what intensity should I do it to increase my speed?

What routine should I do for my vertical leap and explosive power? (NOTE: I cant do squats, because I dont have a rack at home)

Cardio won’t increase your speed, speed increases your speed!! Don’t take this the wrong way but it sounds like you’ve got a lot of reading to do before you realize what is actually going to help in your development. Educate yourself and seek solutions before you ask questions.
