In-season weekly layout?

For a 100m guy, if I’m doing 1 day of speed (<80m) and one day of speed endurance (80-150ish) what order should I do them in?
M- speed
T- tempo
W-tempo
Th-SE
F-rest

or

M- SE
T- tempo
W- tempo
Th- speed
F- rest

I’d do the max V and high intensity speedwork when you are freshest. So after the rest day is where I’d put that.

Well we have meets on Sat and rest on Sun.
So you would do pure speed (<80m) on Monday and SE on Thurs?
