Bodyweight Chin-Ups 3x?
Bodyweight Dips 3x?

(for the bodyweight exercises, emphasizing fast concentric, slow eccentric. The set is terminated when there is any visible slow down during the concentric phase)

Tuesday:
Med Ball Forward Throw 4x5
Deadlift 3x5
Bulgarian Split Squats with dumbells 3x? (same as bw exercises)
Two Swiss Ball Exercises 2x15
(+team training session)

Wednesday:
Off

Thursday:
Same as Monday
(+team training session)

Friday:
Off:

Saturday:
Rugby match

Sunday:
Off

I don’t see how those exercises will maintain strength IMO
