In-Season Strength Maintenance for Baseball

I have 7 weeks left in my season. I performed GPP to prepare, and have since been using Mark Verstegen’s “Core Performance” to maintain core strength. I would like a change in what I’m doing. Does anyone have a valuable program for maintaining strength and speed levels throughout a season?

I don’t have a set program, but give me some more info and I can help.

Level of play (HS, college) How long weight/sprint training, Position, Games per week, loose weekly schedule, age.

HS Baseball, weight training for 4 yrs., track for 2 yrs., intensive CF training and trainer training for 9 months (performed GPP Phase after base building and until I found out about CF), OF, 5-7 games per week, M/T/W/F/DH Sat
, just turned 18 y/o.

Damn! That’s a great many games per week. What state do play in? Here in Texas high school baseball games are played only 2-3 times per week. Are those days you listed game days or do they also include practice.
