Hey, can you guys help me out with an in-season program? We are starting league January 12th, and we’ll probably have like 2 or 3 games a week, and when we dont have games, we have practice. And no I don’t ride the pine, highschool is 8 minutes a quarter, so 32 minutes in all. I will probably play around 26 minutes a game, just saying cuz maybe thatll help you guys help me design an inseason program. I’m probably like 6’1 without shoes, weigh around 174, and i really dont know my standing vert, but off of like one step probably 24? When designing this, I wanna work on everything, improve as the season goes on, maintain strength, but at the same time not overtrain and go downhill. Please all of you with knowledge about this and can help me efficiently, please attempt to help and I will greatly appreciate it. Any questions please feel free to ask. PLEASE HELP!
