I’d like to say hi to everyone, this is my first post. Anyway, for all you sprint coaches out there… If you had an athelete with a herniated disc or previous disc injury, how would you approach their training. Lets say:
1.During rehab
2. After recovery
3. Some time down the track where the injury doesn’t seem to be bothering the athelete any more
