i mean in sprinting i dont worry about how i look

lower bodyfat=better strength or power to bodyweight ratio, basically less dead weight.

I believe a supplement ad put it as…“you can’t flex fat”…lol. Likewise if it’s not helping me run faster, why is it on my body?
