I was training at my school monday and was doing a ladder. When I did the 100m part, toards the end I felt my muscle go in my upper left leg. That forced me to stop training this week and prevented me to do my meet this week. Its getting better, but this one seems to have taken longer than usual. I havn’t trained any this week except maybe stretched once or twice. I’ve iced it and at one point, put Bengay on it. Is there anything else I can do to speed up recovery? Im sure rest is it, but if theres anything else I can do, please tell me.
