This thread is both on strength and sprint, what I´ve learned the HSI team lift weights 4 days a week (mon,tue.thurs,fri) always 1 hour before track.

This meens that the only time they let the body rest from track and weights in 48h are between tuesday and thursday. (Maybe weekend to?)

Does anyone know if the weight and track seassions are high-intens stress every day of this 4 days?
