I like to throw the med ball after sprints, just before I lift. However, there are a couple ways you could incorporate them. For example, you could do one throw before each sprint set (with a full recovery interval between the throw and first sprint), and then do the rest of the throws after the sprints.

I will train with this program in 2-3 months now… and just add weight and intensity slowly. then I hope I get results
