just wondering cuz im bout to start my plyos with weight vest
i would only do them once a week, twice max. The problem is you need good recovery before and after plyos, so it’s kinda time consuming.
i would get more proficient at them without the weight vest first, as well work on your strength levels. I dont think plyos are the best thing to use a weightvest for, but power speed drills. Well for up plyos the weight vest would be fine, but not for down or down then up
are you supposed to be sore after doing plyos?
You should do 2 to 3 sessions of Plios without any extra weight to teach and learn your body before you kill him.
Trust me, just a normal serie of plios will be sufficient.
