it takes me a while to drag myself out of bed… but it’s just as well that i’m getting in the habit since i’m moving father away from school pretty soon. and of course, being a girl, i have to have some time to get cute in the morning… haha
Wow! That’s a tough schedule!
proud to report that due to efficient use of study time, last night and tonight i’m getting 7 hours in bed. we’ll see if it keeps up… the hw load for tommorow looks bad :rolleyes: 7 hours had me feeling great today though.
I am lucky to get 6-7 hours a night and it has been that way for the past 6 years.
I try to catch up on my rest during the weekend but I often get less sleep.
You have to carefully monitor your recovery between sessions and not stretch yourself thin. I know my body pretty well and if I feel like shit from lack of sleep I am not going to train that day.
Also don’t think it will get any better after university. I have two degrees plus grad school under my belt and I work harder and get less sleep now than I did in school!! hehehe
