just wondering if you can do hot and cold too much, i just discovered this awesome place on campus to do it and i could use it every day before practice mainly, would this be a good or bad idea? it doesnt have a second tub or showers so i would have to do cold x 3 sets of one minute then have a shower when i got home and before practice.
why not do one cold…next day hot , the next day off and then contrast showers?
