i totally stuffed up with yesterdays training!!!
totally, no wonder i was suffering during the session! no wonder my hammies are tighter than normal today! will have to do some good tempo tonight!
i was supposed to follow the week 6 Graph 2 monday training session!
but instead of doing eg 4 x 10m from push up
i did 10 x 10m from push up
everything i did was 10 reps off.
i was sure i read it before i went out reading 10 x 10m ect. holly cow. Sessions from now on are going to feel sooooo easy after managing through that workload!
10sets instead of 4…
how could i get it soooo wrong?
