HIGH BOX SQUATS & FULL SQUATS.

I’m trying to figure which is better. I feel a higher force through the posterior chain when doing box squats. I’m talking about high box squats where the thigh is 90 degree to torso angle (thigh allmost 90 degree to torso at high point in sprint stride.)
But with full squats you’re getting good range of motion and more flexability, the quad should relax more easily on the leg fold part of sprinting? What is better, high box or full Oly squat?
