hey, just like to introduce myself, i’m new to the forum, i post at a variety of other forums, but this is my first time here. I am currently training for football, and am performing a bill starr type 5x5 routine. what lead me here is the fact that I have begun working on my speed and conditioning, this is a subject I know little to nothing about and I hope to learn as much as possible by utilizing this forum
i am 15 years old, a high school freshman
anyway, for those of you who care to read this, i am trying to set up a program to build my speed/agility and conditioning up before football camp starts
if you have any suggestions of starting points it would be appreciated
