So this summer I’ll be taking some classes, specifically Mon-Fri 11-12:30, then working 1-9pm or so.
My question is, how should I plan out my workouts? Should I break up the days so that I’m either running or lifting each day, but not both on the same day, and just do the workout in the morning before my class? Or perhaps run in the morning, and lift later at night after work?
What do you guys think?
