lately i’ve been having sharp pains in the muscles that are near the shoulder blade (I don’t know what they’re called, I think they’re mainly used for pull ups and rows) and because of these pains i’m having trouble back squatting. Squatting the weight isn’t hard, but holding the weight on my back is a real pain. Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it?
