Can u guys help me I seemed to have injured my hamstrings earlier this year while doing some hamstring curls.Its been more than seven months and if i try to bring my leg up to my buttocks there is a sharp pain eg a buttkick.If i try to curl even the lightest of weights there is a sharp intolerable pain.What do you guys think is the problem and what can i do to have it resolved.I need to start training for next season as soon as possible.
