help on weight routine before practicing

hey will this decrease my vert or speed if i did this before every practice session of basketball to get me warmed up, they are all only 1 set of each of the exercises and lightweight, will it get me too much slow twitch fibers or whatever cuz i practice everyday so that means ill be warming up like this everyday, please help me on this will it or will it not?

Stomach- 50 ab crunches, add 5 every week

Back- Lower Back Extension 20-25 reps
Stiff leg deadlifts 12 reps

Legs- Squats, 10 reps
Groin sits 12 reps
Lunges 10 reps

The Core Work Isnt Bad. But Try And Do More Explosvie Type Workout Before Like:
RUSS TWIST 50X
HYPERS 2X10 NO WEIGHT
Block Speed Snatches 3x3
Jump Squats 3x3@15% Squat Max
And Maybe A Quick 5-10 Dynamic Warmup Skips/backward Running/shuffles/lunges/carioca/tapoica You Get The Point.

PLEASE can anyone help me on my routine weight warm up before playing ball ^^? im gonna do like 1 set of a bunch of different exercises to warm up every time before playing ball, will that be too much slow twitch and decrease my vert and speed if i do it too much?

i wouldnt be overly concerned with the conversion of fast-twitch fibers to slow-twitch fibers in your warm-up

even if im doing alot of different exercises, one set, around 30 reps, but low weight?
